CT Consulting Engineers offer a comprehensive project management service for both Lifecycle and Variation works across all types of PFI and NHS healthcare projects, we can manage projects on a fixed cost basis and we also offer 6,12 and 24 month fixed term contract works for larger projects.

We are able to manage project works from inception including conducting project feasibility studies up to completion and handover back to the facilities team, we operate on the RIBA project stage model but can also use other methods to adapt to the needs of the client where necessary.
