We understand that lifecycle of assets on an estate is not simple and straight forward task, just because CIBSE Guide M states the recommended lifecycle of an asset does not mean it needs to be replaced at that point.
Our approach to lifecycle management is different to others, we can either undertake a full site survey or we can target specific asset groups to enable the client to make an informed economic decision on the lifecycle process.
We will work with the client to ensure that the lifespan of assets is maximised where possible to suit the lifecycle model of the estate, we can undertake analysis on assets that are deemed obsolete and help manage this in the lifecycle model where possible.
